// European tour with Beyonce Bassplayer Divinity Roxx//

In March & April I was very lucky to be part of the European tour with Beyonce Bassplayer Divinity Roxx. She’s working on her solo album and just released her new single “Ghetto Rock”. She’s a great bassplayer but also a REALLY great MC. She also toured with Victor Wooten. The tour was a great experience, learned a lot and I could do my thing on the guitar and create weird soundscapes with all kind of freaky pedals. Keyplayer Babl(Netsky, Kate Ryan) and also the MD for this band did all the synth and bass stuff on his Moog little phatty and Drummer Patrick Dorcean(Zap Mama, Baloji, Jesse Boykins III) did all the Ableton stuff with my macbook because his setup crashed. There was one show in Gent Belgium where we had to change the sequenser in the middle of the set :-) Crazy! Maybe I will post some other live footage later! // Try Out Secret Rendezvous @ Bird Queensday Blockparty//

On Queensday we did a try out of our new show in Rotterdam with Secret Rendezvous. Bird a Jazz venue in Rotterdam organized a really cool Queensday Blockparty. The last shows in the UK and Belgium we did just with the three of us. It was dope to play with the whole band again! Ricardo Lekatompessy bass & synthbass, Joel Dieleman keys/soundscapes, Yori Olijslagers drums/samples and Sietske leadvoals + live vocal tweaking/looping. I did the guitars and played on the Akai Mpk Mini sampled with my Juno 106 sounds that I use all the time in my studio. Yori the drummer and I synced both of our Ableton setups through WiFi for the first time. It went very well! If the band suddenly changes song structures both of us are able to remote control scenes.
